Terms

Once your tickets have been purchased and confirmed, they can no longer be exchanged, refunded or canceled. Soon after you have completed your booking, we will email you your voucher/e-ticket(s) as a PDF document.

Please print your voucher/e-ticket(s) and bring a copy with you to your destination. On your voucher/e-ticket(s) we clearly state where, and if, you must exchange your voucher/e-ticket(s) for your original tickets, or where, and if you must show your voucher/e-ticket(s) on demand.

Please be at the address stated on your voucher/e-ticket(s) at the specified meeting time or within the opening hours, also clearly stated on your voucher/e-ticket(s). If you do not comply with this, we cannot guarantee that you can collect your ticket, or be allowed entrance to the event, as the office may be closed or the event/tour/match may have already started. Ticmate cannot be held responsible for any transport delays, cancelled departures, extreme weather conditions or other occurrences that might cause you to be late.

Ticmate is only a ticket agent for the management/organizer, and cannot be held responsible for the event, or the content of the event. Nor can Ticmate be held responsible for understudies, substitutes or replacements.

If the tickets are bought for commercial purpose, meaning that the tickets will be sold to others than the purchaser (black market), ticket holders may be denied access to the event.

In general, prices at Ticmate are similar to those purchased at the box office. Often the prices found at Ticmate are lower than if you book directly at the box office. In some high-demand events (such as football matches), prices found at Ticmate include booking fees between 10-50 % divided among the organizer, our agent and Ticmate. For certain A-games, local derbies and international matches the booking fee may be more than 100%. Ticket prices for musicals on Friday and Saturday performances can be up to 25% higher.

If you have booked tickets for a football match we strongly recommend that you carefully read all information found under info about the football club. We especially recommend that you carefully read all terms and conditions about the possibility of the match date and time changing, seating at the stadium and ticket collection.

We recommend that you read our FAQ, if you have any questions, or you would like to know more about our terms and conditions. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us at helpdesk@ticmate.com. Please be aware that all complaints must be addressed to Ticmate no more than 14 days after your event date.
