How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete, you will receive your e-ticket by email. Just print it, or show it on your mobile device, and bring it with you to the entrance of the Vatican. 

How does it work?
Show your smartphone ticket, or printed ticket, to the security guards at the entrance, then scan your ticket at the box office CASSA ONLINE E GRUPPI after the security check. 
Be on time, or maybe a bit early, as Vatican personnel may not let in latecomers
You need to bring a valid ID together with your ticket.

When can I visit the Vatican?
You can choose between different timeslots. Please check in the calendar. Please be there 10-20 minutes before your chosen time slot. 

How long is my ticket valid?
Your ticket is only valid for the chosen date and time slot.  

You can only use your ticket once. Each site has a strict no re-entry policy. 

Is there a dress code?
Yes, entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. When in Rome Tours and Ticmate cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress.

- This skip the line entrance ticket to the Vatican does not include St. Peter's Basilica.  
- Vatican authorities operate a strict no re-entry policy.
- Please note that there will be a quick security check at the Vatican entrance. You cannot skip this line, the line to the ticket office, however, you'll skip. 

Why are my tickets over face value?
The price you pay per ticket includes the booking fees and reservation fee for the Vatican - for our local agent in Rome and for Ticmate.

If you queue up at the Vatican ticket office, the price is €25. In this case, you must wait to get in. Waiting time can exceed 2 hours.

Our tickets are skip-the-line priority entrance tickets so you will save a lot of time by avoiding queues at the Vatican box office and at the entrance!
